Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026. This policy explains what Sequence Mods collects and why. Short version: the minimum needed to run the service, nothing sold, no ad tracking.
What we collect
- Account data — your email, name, and (if you sign in with Discord) your Discord ID and username.
- Client records — your server name, contact details, services, projects, and support tickets you create.
- Billing— handled entirely by Stripe. We store invoice and subscription references, never card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Quote requests — what you submit through the contact form.
- Technical logs — standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention, plus cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics with no cross-site tracking.
What we don't do
- No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties.
- No advertising networks, no cross-site tracking cookies.
- No card data ever touches our servers.
Cookies
Only essential cookies are used: a session cookie when you sign in to the portal. Analytics are cookieless.
Where data lives
Data is stored on our production infrastructure and with the processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Discord (notifications you trigger), and Cloudflare (network security). Backups are encrypted.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deleting account data ends portal access; invoice records are retained where required for accounting.
