Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026. This policy explains what Sequence Mods collects and why. Short version: the minimum needed to run the service, nothing sold, no ad tracking.

What we collect

  • Account data — your email, name, and (if you sign in with Discord) your Discord ID and username.
  • Client records — your server name, contact details, services, projects, and support tickets you create.
  • Billing — handled entirely by Stripe. We store invoice and subscription references, never card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Mobile number ? optional, collected only if you add it to your account and used only to text you account and billing notifications (see below).
  • Quote requests — what you submit through the contact form.
  • Technical logs — standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention, plus cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics with no cross-site tracking.

SMS / text message notifications

If you provide a mobile number in your account, we use it to send you transactional account and billing notifications by SMS ? for example when an invoice is ready, a payment is received, or a payment fails. Message frequency varies and depends on your billing and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the notifications above through our messaging provider (Twilio).

What we don't do

  • No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties.
  • No advertising networks, no cross-site tracking cookies.
  • No card data ever touches our servers.

Cookies

Only essential cookies are used: a session cookie when you sign in to the portal. Analytics are cookieless.

Where data lives

Data is stored on our production infrastructure and with the processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Discord (notifications you trigger), and Cloudflare (network security). Backups are encrypted.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deleting account data ends portal access; invoice records are retained where required for accounting.
