Refund Policy

Monthly service lines
- You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep service until then.
- Started billing periods are generally non-refundable, because the work (maintenance, monitoring, availability) is delivered continuously through the month.
- If something went clearly wrong on our side — a billing error, or a period where contracted services simply weren't delivered — we'll refund or credit it. Just ask.
One-time projects
- Quoted projects define their own milestones and payment terms in writing before work starts.
- Work not yet started is refundable; completed milestones are not.
How to request a refund
Open a support ticket in the portal or email [email protected] with the invoice reference. Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute — billing issues are resolved fastest directly. Chargebacks filed without contact may result in service suspension while the dispute is investigated.
