Terms of Service

Last updated: June 12, 2026. These terms govern the services provided by Sequence Mods ("we", "us") to server owners and communities ("you"). By purchasing a subscription or commissioning work, you agree to them.

1. Services

Sequence Mods provides development and maintenance services for The Isle Evrima communities across three monthly service lines — Discord Bot, Game Modding, and Website — plus quoted one-time projects. Deliverables and scope for each engagement are agreed before work begins.

2. Pricing & billing

• Each service line is a flat $20 USD per month. Your total is the sum of your active lines. Prices do not increase for existing subscriptions.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Adding a line mid-cycle is prorated; removing one credits at the next invoice.
• You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• One-time projects are invoiced per their written quote.

3. Intellectual property & license

Sequence Mods retains ownership of all code, tooling, and systems it develops, including work delivered to you. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run and use everything delivered for your server and community, for as long as you like — including after cancellation, in the state it was last delivered.

This model is what lets systems improve continuously across all servers we work with. You may not resell, redistribute, or provide delivered systems to third parties without written permission. Your own content — branding, configuration values, community data — remains yours.

4. Support standard

Target first response is within 24 hours; emergencies (server down, players blocked) are prioritized. Support is provided through the client portal and Discord. We do not guarantee 24/7 availability.

5. Maintenance & game updates

The Isle Evrima receives updates that can break custom systems. Active service lines include repair and adaptation of covered systems after game patches, on a reasonable-efforts basis. Suspended or cancelled lines are not maintained.

6. Your responsibilities

• You own and operate your game server, hosting, and Discord, and are responsible for their terms and costs.
• You grant us the access needed to deliver the work (server access, Discord permissions, hosting panels) and keep that access current.
• You are responsible for your community's compliance with the game's EULA and platform rules.

7. Acceptable use

We will not build systems intended to harm players or other servers, circumvent the game's anti-cheat, defraud users, or violate applicable law. We may decline or terminate work that crosses these lines.

8. Warranties & liability

Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data on your infrastructure, or community impact from game updates or third-party outages.

9. Termination

Either party may end the engagement at any time. On termination, your license under Section 3 survives for delivered work; unpaid invoices remain due. We may suspend services for non-payment after notice.

10. Affiliation

Sequence Mods is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Isle or its developers. All trademarks belong to their owners.
